For anyone who's considering the joys of parenthood, you need to know that I have been trying to watch this video for an hour and a half. I have yet to make it to the halfway mark and have gone back to the beginning of the video at least 7 times and I *still* haven't been able to catch most of the sins. Considering the fact that my son is 8 years old and fairly independent, this does not bode well for the parents of kids that need more attention. Here's to lucky number 8.

@Agon Leed In my house, it's the quiet you have to watch out for. And, for the record, I used to be able to nap out in the same storage shed that my husband's death metal band was practicing in so I'm usually pretty good at blocking things out. My son, however, is on a whole other level.

Gotta learn to ignore. You know where everything in the house is...so theres no need to pay any attention to them..just listen for those "wrong sounds" . Other than that, for 20min, they're on their own lol
